My Objective
Today, leading law schools and universities in India have embraced interdisciplinary learning with areas such as IPR, IT, Corporate Governance, Human Rights, and Alternate Dispute Resolution. Technology is now integral to teaching and learning, ensuring students gain both academic knowledge and practical exposure.
With this vision, Chembur Karnataka College of Law (CKCL) began its journey in 2017, offering:
- LL.B (3 Years)
- B.L.S. LL.B (5 Years)
- LL.M (2 Years) with specializations in Constitutional Law, Business Law, Intellectual Property Law, and Criminal Law.
We take pride in our modern infrastructure, advanced IT facilities, rich library resources, and experienced faculty (both full-time and visiting). CKCL has also signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the National Law School of India University, Bangalore, to promote faculty and student exchange programs for knowledge enhancement and research collaboration.
In today’s era of liberalization, globalization, and WTO-led reforms, CKCL strives to prepare competent professionals — not only lawyers but also academicians, policy planners, corporate advisors, mediators, and reformers. At the same time, we remain deeply committed to social justice through our Legal Aid Committee, where students and faculty work together to provide meaningful legal assistance to society.
At CKCL, our mission is clear — to blend knowledge with values, skills with ethics, and learning with service, ensuring our students become leaders in the legal fraternity.
