IQAC Order & Meetings
The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Chembur Karnataka College of Law (CKCL) has been established in line with the guidelines of the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) to ensure continuous quality enhancement and sustenance in all academic and administrative aspects of the institution.
IQAC Order
- The IQAC was constituted as per NAAC directives to develop a system for conscious, consistent, and catalytic improvement in the performance of the college.
- The cell is responsible for planning, guiding, and monitoring quality assurance and quality enhancement activities in teaching, learning, research, administration, and student support services.
- The order mandates the IQAC to play a pivotal role in promoting best practices, innovation, and institutional excellence.
IQAC Meetings
The IQAC conducts regular meetings to:
- Review academic and administrative progress.
- Monitor the implementation of quality benchmarks.
- Discuss new initiatives for student-centric learning.
- Evaluate outcomes of teaching, research, and extension activities.
- Plan faculty development programs, seminars, and workshops.
- Ensure compliance with NAAC and other regulatory frameworks.
Key Features of Meetings:
- Conducted periodically with participation of the Principal, faculty, administrative staff, student representatives, alumni, and external experts.
- Minutes of the meetings are recorded and circulated for effective implementation of decisions.
- Action Taken Reports (ATR) are reviewed in subsequent meetings to ensure accountability and progress.
The IQAC at CKCL serves as the backbone for quality improvement, ensuring that the institution consistently moves towards achieving academic excellence and holistic development of students.
