Memorandum of Understanding (MOUs)
Faculty and Student Exchange Program
On 09th September 2019, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed between:
- Party A: Chembur Karnataka College of Law (CKCL), Vidyasagar, Ghatla, Chembur, Mumbai – 400071, Maharashtra.
- Party B: Siddharth College of Law, Anand Bhavan, Dr. Dadabhai Naoroji Road, near Bombay High Court, Fort, Mumbai – 400023, Maharashtra.
Preamble
Recognizing the importance of academic collaboration and cultural exchange, both institutions agreed to establish a Faculty and Student Exchange Program. This initiative promotes academic excellence, professional growth, and intercultural understanding.
Purpose of the MOU
The objectives of this MOU are:
- To foster academic collaboration and research cooperation.
- To encourage faculty exchange programs for knowledge enhancement and overall professional development.
- To facilitate student exchange programs aimed at enriching educational experiences, skill-building, and practical exposure to the legal world.
- To strengthen legal awareness and integrate additional skills among students and faculty.
- To promote intercultural understanding and academic networking between institutions.
Scope of Collaboration
- Exchange of faculty for lectures, workshops, and collaborative research.
- Student participation in academic projects, legal awareness programs, and practical training.
- Organizing joint seminars, conferences, and academic discussions.
- Encouraging cooperative initiatives that contribute to holistic development.
Key Note
This MOU is exclusively designed for the overall development of faculty and students. It is not intended for commercial gain; rather, it focuses on academic growth, skill enhancement, and practical application of legal education.
